MAPLE MENOPAUSE STUFF
Twenty-five practical things for when your brain has too many tabs open.
These tools do not “fix your brain.” They move some remembering and organizing into the environment, making forgetfulness, distraction and overload less costly. They are compensatory strategies—not treatments for cognitive decline and not proof that menopause is the cause.
Worth checking: Poor sleep, hot flashes, anxiety or depression, medication effects, thyroid problems, iron deficiency and other medical issues can worsen perceived brain fog. Use the menopause symptoms guide for the educational overview, and bring persistent, progressive or function-limiting changes to an appointment using the appointment-preparation guide.
